In addition, some additives, such as plasticizers, stabilizers, coloring agents, etc., will be added to improve the performance and appearance of PVC, so as to make it closer to the texture and color of natural marble.
Production process: PVC raw materials and additives are mixed evenly, heated and plasticized, and then extruded into sheets by extruder, and then calendered, laminated, printed, hot-pressed and other processes to form realistic marble textures and patterns on the surface of PVC panels. Some high-end PVC marble wall panels also use 3D printing technology to enhance the three-dimensional sense of texture.
