Production process: the core advantage of co-extrusion technology

Surface layer: Mostly high purity plastics (e.g. PVC) mixed with abrasion-resistant and UV-resistant agents, which are specially treated to form a dense and smooth surface layer with abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and aging-resistant (especially suitable for outdoor use) characteristics.

is produced by multi-layer co-extrusion process, i.e., different materials with different functions are extruded and compounded into one body at the same time by multiple extruders, which is usually divided into “surface layer” and “core layer”. Surface layer: 
Surface layer: Mostly high purity plastics (e.g. PVC) mixed with abrasion-resistant and UV-resistant agents, which are specially treated to form a dense and smooth surface layer with abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and aging-resistant (especially suitable for outdoor use) characteristics.
Core layer: WPC is used as the base, evenly mixed with bamboo fibers and bamboo charcoal particles, which not only ensures the structural strength, but also allows the adsorption function of bamboo charcoal to be given full play (the porous structure of the core layer is conducive to air circulation and enhances the purification efficiency).
This process allows the material to be “the same as the surface”: the surface meets durability and decorative properties, while the core layer takes into account functionality and environmental protection, avoiding the performance shortcomings of a single material.
